All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for all international orders.

Returns

We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or non-faulty items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll be happy to help.
If you have received the wrong products, please contact us and we will send you a shipping label so you can return the items to us before new ones are sent out. These products MUST be unopened and unused.
