Customer Service

We’re a very small team and we do our best to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

Sometimes, especially during busy periods, replies may take a little longer — but we promise we’ll get back to you.

UK Shipping

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Any orders made after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)

We typically process & dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked  - 2-4 business days 
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked  - 1-2 business days 

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Important Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, it is no longer in our control.
  • We do not issue refunds for orders that have been delayed, damaged, or lost by Royal Mail.
  • If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking information.

Unclaimed / Returned-to-Sender Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or the parcel not being collected, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

If the customer does not respond within 30 days of our initial contact, the order will be considered abandoned. After this period:

  • We are no longer obligated to resend or refund the order
  • The returned items may be restocked or disposed of

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and monitor delivery notifications.

International Shipping

Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are out of our control. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
